Richardson City Council Forum

On Wednesday, April 19, 2017, the League of Women Voters of Richardson sponsored a Candidate Forum for the Richardson City Council. Candidates for all seven places on the Council were invited to this forum; only candidates in contested races were asked to respond to questions. Unopposed candidates were given the opportunity to present closing statements.

The Candidate Forum was held in the Grand Hall of the Richardson Civic Center, 411 W. Arapaho Road, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The public was invited to submit questions to be asked of candidates in contested races at the forum. Questions that were emailed were given the same consideration as questions submitted at the forum. Questions were screened according to League of Women Voters of Texas Guide to Candidates Forums.
